Mulligan: some creasing to the top and bottom margins. Light creasing to the left margin. Surface marks off centre.
Fats Domino: crease top right. Large crease bottom left.
American Jazz: light creasing in places. Light foxing/spotting. Pen signature off centre possibly Hamilton.
