A small flat-cut heavy glass tumbler
circa 1770,
finely engraved with the Arms of the Earls of Jersey and the family motto "Fidel Coticula Crux",
8.7cm high
The 3rd Earl of Jersey, William, died in 1769 leaving the 4th Earl of Jersey, George, to take over soon after.
Provenance: With Delomosne in 2011.

Condition report
One exterior upper section of facets has a chip, the opposing side of exterior facets has some slight nicks to the edges. Wear/scratching to the base. Please see images.
