The painting is a watercolour, framed under glazing - not examined external to the frame. The sheet appears in generally good condition - no obvious faults, tears or deterioration. The colours are quite bright and appear generally well preserved- there is some minor fading to the sky. Painting appears stable. The frame has some general wear and tear, joints are sound.
