Celia de Grammont (Welsh Contemporary artist) is the daughter of the Midlands artist H.J. Jephcott and grew up in the South Wales countryside. After spending some time living in Cambridgeshire, then painting and exhibiting across the USA and Greece, she returned to the Wales permanently. She is best known for her landscapes and depictions of rural scenes of the Welsh countryside.
