A mid-19th century porcelain plaque bracelet, designed as a central oval plaque depicting two doves upon a ring a roses, set within yellow metal engraved scroll mount the reverse inscribed 'CMC to LWC May 1852', flanked to each side by two further porcelain plaques each depicting a female representation of the four seasons, each interspersed with entwined scroll links, with integral box link clasp, 183mm long, not stamped

Note: Initials relate to Colin Minton Campbell and Louisa Wilmot Cave-Browne-Cave who married 3rd August 1853 Colin Minton Campbell was the grandson of Thomas Minton, founder of Minton Pottery. He joined the Minton partnership in 1849 and represented North Staffordshire in Parliament from 1874 to 1880

Clasp in working order and secure, a few very small chips/nibbles to a couple of the ceramic plaques, some small splits and repairs to some of the rope work entwined links, small area of damage to the scroll work border around the central plaque, general wear in keeping with age, refer to images
