A 19th century mantle clock by Klaftenberger

A 19th century gilt metal and porcelain mantle clock by Klaftenberger, the 3” white enamelled dial painted with black Roman numerals, named with address 157 Regent Street, London, the case with bacchanalian decoration of putti and a seated kid, within trailing foliate and floral mounts, surmounted by an assembled musical finial with a seated songbird, the stem and base accommodating painted porcelain panels, raised on beaded ogee feet, 30cm high, 22cm wide.
