the highest Orts level available, constructed of red wool felt, the centred black ribbed swastika with a single gilt pip and superimposed against a white circle, both edged in golden threads; extending on both sides of the swastika are large celleon oak leaves and with blue Orts-level piping to each outer edge, overall height 13cm high and overall width 53.5cm
