A 19th century mahogany beadwork upholstered boudoir chair

A 19th century mahogany beadwork upholstered boudoir chair, of spoon back form, with floral cresting to the top rail, the shaped back with beadwork padding over a conforming stuff-over seat, raised on turned front supports on castors, the upholstery possibly original and worked with 'en-grisaille' flowers and foliage bordered by dark pink velour, 102cm high, 47cm wide, seat height 42cm.

Condition Report

Generally fair throughout with some minor cosmetic blemishes consistent with age and use. Some minor shrinkage to the top rail joints. Structurally sound throughout. Upholstery showing some wear with loss of pile in places.
