An elm and ash vernacular stick back chair

An elm and ash vernacular stick back chair, possibly Irish, early 19th century, with yew wood top rail and traces of paint, with hoop arms and spindle filled back, the elm seat on four splayed circular legs, seat depth 30cm, 78cm high

Condition Report

Note damage to top rail. Legs appear to be stained and later replacements, general wear and tear commensurate with age and daily use
