A Zurich porcelain Peasant model group, circa 1780-1800, depicting an elderly female nurse cradling a young child, seated upon a green barrel, unmarked, probable mark a faint incised Z, 8.5cm high (foot repaired, hand broken, top of cap repainted) Provenance: Sold together with the original purchase receipt for £26 in 1958 from H.R Marden King of Winchester.
