Condition Report
There are two framed watercolours in the lot.  They have not been examined out of their frames.  There are no visible holes or tears to the works.  Both have acid mount staining along the paper edges. Some patches of discolouration in both works.  One very large scuff mark bottom right on the 'view of Keswick'.
