A Second World War Polish Service cap (Rogatywka) for a member of the Adjutant General Corps/Radio Service
khaki top with cornflower blue central band, Polish Army cap badge, single rank star to the centre of the band, bullion wire tress decoration to the central band and across the mortar board, the peak edged in yellow metal trim, leather chinstrap secured by single button to each side, interior retaining partial leather sweatband with partial British tailor details, the interior lined with newspaper dated April 1944 (moth damage)
