A group of German porcelain dolls, Simon & Halbig with other makers, all with sleeping eyes, open mouths and moulded teeth, composition bodies and limbs, variously dressed in silk and cotton costumes as characters from Gilbert & Sullivan's H.M.S. Pinafore, 21-23cm. (14)

Condition Report

Not lamp tested. Some wear to limbs and extremities. Three with missing eyes. One with missing arm. Costumes showing varying degrees of ageing including some fragmetation to the delicate fabrics.
