Taxidermy: An Indian tiger skin rug (Panthera tigris tigris), circa 1930 and possibly by Van Ingen or another Indian maker, skin rug with head mount, jaw agape, glass eyes, mounted on original black canvas backing material with dark blue border, 284cm nose to tail, 185cm across forelimbs.

Condition Report
Tired and worn throughout. Losses around lower jaw. Wear to fur on snout, ears and head in places. Significant wear to fur on body. Some tares and small holes near edges. Tail almost completely lost. No claws. Wear to backing cloth consistent with age.
