A German Third Reich Panzer Officer's visor cap by JC Kornacker, Marke Standard Extra Klasse
constructed fine field grey wool with a dark green centreband and three rows of pink piping, with an embroidered eagle and wreath together with a metal tri-colour cockade, the silver officer's chinstrap secured by single silver pebble button to either side, the interior lined with a tan material featuring remnants of the celluloid protection with manufacturers details and a name tag 'Tegtmeier, K V F', with a brown ersatz sweatband stamped 'EXTRA'.

Condition Report

Some areas of moth to the crown, small flakes to the edge of the visor and a tear together with some light soiling to the interior liner.
