Condition Report
The Xosa Girl portrait is an oil on canvas, framed without glazing. The canvas appears in generally good condition, tension is fine and there are no obvious faults or losses. The paint has some surface level craquelure but appears stable and well preserved, no obvious paint loss, and the colours are good. The frame has some general wear and tear. 

The Zulu Doctor is an oil on canvas, framed without glazing. The canvas is in generally good condition, tension is fine and there are no obvious faults or losses. The paint condition appears stable, some surface level craquelure but the surface is stable, there is one chip visible to the top of the hair in the headdress. Colours are good. Frame has some general wear and tear
