The painting has been relined and the attribution and title re-written on the new canvas lining

The Flower Girl by Murillo was painted c.1665-1670 and currently hangs in the Dulwich Picture Gallery. The painting is widely believed to depict Murillo's daughter Francisca Maria (1655-1710) who was born deaf and became a nun in the Dominican order in 1671
