Chelsea Cheyne figure and three Art Pottery figures

A Chelsea Cheyne clay figure of a theatrical lady in a yellow dress holding a flower, possibly designed by Gwendolen Parnell, incised marks, dated 1923, 22cm high (restored); together with three 19th century art pottery earthenware figures, perhaps German or Belgian, in treacle and green glazes, the female figures with incised decoration, 27cm high (4)

Condition Report
Chelsea Cheyne figure has full restorations to the base and further repairs to the outstretched hand. One of the other figures has a repaired break to the head, this figure and the other two similar also have minor chips. Please see images.
