A Chinese Canton carved ivory box and a shell diorama

A Chinese Canton carved reticulated ivory box and cover, 19th century, of cylindrical form and worked with a continuous scene of figures in a forest village, 11.5cm high, together with a carved ivory shell diorama, 19th century, modelled as an open clam shell with miniature scene of figures in a village to the inside, 9cm wide. (2)

Condition Report
Box: chips to screw thread and top is consequently loose. Very small chip to top. General signs of age and use.
Shell: good overall with only minor signs of age.
