A very large Chinese carved wood garden sculpture, People's Republic, probably teak, worked in high relief with a dynamic scene of the eight horses of Wang Mu galloping up a mountain pass with pine tree at the summit, inscribed to the bottom 马到成功 'Success', 225cm high, 125cm wide at the base.
