A scale model of Castell Gyrn, Ruthin, North Wales, last quarter 20th century, the main crenelated tower set on a grassy hillside, composite and paint within a clear acrylic display case.

Footnote: Castell Gyrn near Ruthin in North Wales was designed and built by architect John Taylor as his home, completed in 1977. Later purchased, extended and refurbished by the present vendor, it is a significant work of British architecture and featured in 'Twentieth Century Castles in Britain' by Amicia de Moubray.

No discernible damage. Castle model approx 14cm high. Case 32cm cubed.
