Condition Report
The painting is an oil on canvas, framed without glazing. The canvas tension is good, there are two repair patches on the verso with some overpainting to these areas. There is surface level craquelure to the paint but the surface is stable. Some minor dirt and dust to the surface. General wear and tear to the frame- joints are sound.

Bidding indicates acceptance of the condition of the lot.  All lots are sold subject to general wear and tear commensurate with age and handling over time and only obvious faults will be mentioned after a visual inspection.
