A very large Jerome Massier Vallauris majolica turquoise-glazed jardiniere and stand
late 19th century
unmarked, 165cm high

Condition Report
The jardiniere has several areas of small chips and areas of fritting/glaze loss around both the rims and to minor edges of the handles and one firing crack across one of the handles, but otherwise appears to be structurally sound without any cracks or signs of restorations. Likewise, the stand has some further small chips around the circular edges of the pedestal. The spiral column has two large areas of damage with glaze loss and cracks - please see additional images.

Bidding indicates acceptance of the condition of the lot.  All lots are sold subject to general wear and tear commensurate with age and handling over time and only obvious faults will be mentioned after a visual inspection.
