dated 1924, centrally painted with bouquets of flowers by E. Phillips and W.H Austin, surrounded by elaborately decorated broad light relief gilt border against an overall pale lemon ground, artist signed, printed factory marks to verso, 27cm diameter (2)

Condition Report
Both plates are in original order with no damages or any repairs. There is no crazing to the glaze or any scratches to the painted panels, and the gilding is also strong and bright.
