A French bronze and ormolu mounted green variegated marble mantel clock, c1900, the 3 inch white enamel dial with roman numerals, the 8-day movement with outside count wheel and stamped 3599, and striking on a bell, also with Medaille d’Or stamp for Samuel Marti, Paris 1900 (Japy movement), with open fretwork rear door, the case surmounted with an eagle and a bronze of Napoleon standing to one side of the stepped plinth and on gilt brass paw feet, 23cm high, 9cm deep, 19cm wide
