Condition Report

The painting is an oil on canvas, framed without glazing. The painting has been restored in 2020- having repaired a tear, with patched canvas support, retouching of the damaged paint and having had the surface cleaned. The surface condition of the paint is stable. The painting is in a heavy gilft frame which has some general wear and tear with minor losses.

Bidding indicates acceptance of the condition of the lot.  All lots are sold subject to general wear and tear commensurate with age and handling over time and only obvious faults will be mentioned after a visual inspection.
