A Chinese Canton carved ivory puzzle ball on stand, Qing Dynasty, the ball carved with wrythen dragons amid clouds, the inner layers pierced with star motifs, the stand formed as three rearing elephants on a disk above a baluster stem and carved circular foot, 13cm high.
