Provenance: The vendor's Grandfather served in a British Indian Cavalry regiment, stationed in India between 1926-1945, thence by descent.

All paintings are works on paper, framed under glazing - not examined external to the frame

Ipomoea Rubro Cerulea: The sheet appears in good condition - no obvious losses, tears or creasing. The paint condition appears stable and well preserved, the colours are very good. There are some small spots of sparsly distributed foxing present. general wear and tear to the frame. 

Hibiscus Mutabilis: The sheet appears in good condition - no obvious losses, tears or creasing. There are some sparsly distributed spots of foxing visible- the glass is very dirty with spores on the inside which would benefit from cleaning. The paint condition appears stable and well preserved, colours are good. Frame has some general wear and tear. 

Magnolia Stellata: The sheet appears in good condition, no obvious losses, tears or creasing. There are some faint spots of foxing- also inside of the glass which would benefit from cleaning. The paint surface appears stable and well preserved- no obvious losses, colours are generally good. some wear and tear to the frame.
