The painting is an oil on canvas, framed without glazing. The canvas has good tension and appears in generally good condition - no obvious tears, holes or losses. The paint has surface level craquelure but appears stable and overall well preserved. Surface level dirt/accretions present. Frame has sound joints, losses to the surface in the corners and some cracks to the embellishments
