A large and comprehensive Denby Green What dinner, coffee and tea service
circa 1955-76
designed by Albert Colledge, decorated with a wheat sheaf hand-painted design on a white "egg-shell" glazed base and complimentary green covers,
the service comprising fifteen cups, seventeen saucers, three cruet stands, three salt pots (lacking stoppers), four pepper pots (one with stopper), four mustard pots and one spoon, a butter dish lacking cover, two small sugar bowls, one large sugar bowl, preserve jar and cover, four handled side dishes, twelve soup/individual casserole pots with six covers, eight egg cups, one butter dish with cover, one oblong vegetable dish and cover, one oblong vegetable dish without cover, seven oval platters, four dinner plates, three breakfast plates, two large platters, two sauce boats, three teapots, four jugs, two hot water jugs/coffee pots, small oval vegetable dish, medium oval vegetable dish, large coffee pot and cover, two medium jugs, one small jug, two large saucers, preserve jar cover, six mugs, five further handled casserole dishes, two vinegar jars, oil jug, two twin portion vegetable dishes with covers and four cheese/butter dishes (approximately 117 pcs)
