Condition Report
The painting is an oil on canvas, framed under glazing - not removed from the frame. The canvas appears in good overall condition, the tension is fine, there is a small hole the size of a drawing pin to the top left corner - flanked by two surface level accretions on either side (see image). The paint surface is overall good, some surface level craquelure but no obvious evidence for paint loss or deterioration. The frame has some general wear and tear, a surface loss to the top right corner (see image), the joints are sound and otherwise fine.
