Tom Gerrard (1923-1976) was a Welsh artist from Anglesey. He was a close friend and contemporary of Sir Kyffin Williams and has been exhibited widely in England and Wales. Gerrard retained his love of Angelsey throughout his life, drawing much of his inspiration from his local surroundings, executing works in sketches, watercolour and oils. In 1975 his work was selected for the Royal Academy of Arts Summer Exhibition shortly before his death in 1976 aged 52. In 2017 a retrospective exhibition of his works was held at the Oriel Tegfryn Gallery, Menai Bridge, reflecting an increasing interest in this Welsh artist.
