Paul Martinez-Frias was born in 1929 and spent much of his early years divided between the UK and Spain. In 1975 he relocated to Wales and has been active in the country every since. Frias is still a resident artist at the Spectrum Gallery in Machynlleth.

Condition Report
The painting is an oil on board, framed without glazing. The board appears in good condition without evidence for splitting or warping. The paint surface appears stable without any obvious evidence for paint loss or deterioration. The frame has some general wear and tear but is in good overall condition
