Some chips to the facet edges and some abrasion, wear to mount, hole to mount at reverse and also small holes where shoulders meet the mount, some old repairs at shoulders, small split to one of the pierced shoulders, some mis-shape to the shank, head measures approx 11.4mm x 10mm (including mount), shank appears to be original to head but cannot guarantee, refer to images
