A German Third Reich NSDAP Ortsgruppenleiter Armband (1939-45)
constructed of red cotton with a centred black ribbed swastika with a single silvered pip in the centre, superimposed onto the white circle, both edged in golden bullion threads; extending on both sides of the swastika are large oak leaves in gold bullion edged by a double row of twisted golden wire and with a single row of blue cord to the uppermost and lowest edges, black ink stamp including arrow to the reverse, overall length 51.5cm (moth damage and fraying)
