Condition Report
The painting is a watercolour on paper, mounted and framed under glazing, not examined external to the frame. The paper appears in good condition, some minor cockling, no signs of rips, tears or creases, and appears stable. The paint condition is very good, colours well preserved and no signs of deterioration. There is some general wear and tear to the frame, joints appear solid, some ageing present to the mount. Initialled KW bottom right in pencil
