The painting is a watercolour, framed under glazing - not examined external to the frame. The sheet appears generally well preserved with no obvious tears or creasing. The full sheet is visible. The surface appears stable and well preserved- no obvious deterioration or foxing. The paint surface is well preserved with good clear colour. Frame has some general wear and tear.
