Condition Report
The painting is a watercolour, framed under glazing - not examined external to the frame. The visible sheet appears in good order, no obvious creases, tears or losses. The paint condition appears stable, potentially some minor fade. The frame has general wear and tear, surface chips, the joints are solid.
